5. Orders & Payments

 

• • Processing: Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed.

• • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment methods. Full payment is required at checkout.

6. Shipping Policy

 

• • Locations: We ship across India. International shipping is available upon request (customs duties & taxes are the buyer’s responsibility).

• • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2 business days.

• • Delivery Estimates:

    • • Standard Shipping (India): 8–10 business days
    • • International: 15–20 business days

• • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

7. Cancellation Policy

 

• • Customized Orders: Can only be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order.

• • Non-Customized Orders: Can be canceled before shipping. After shipping, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
